Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Lumière Aesthetics, we value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.
• A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation or appointment rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit their full deposit.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
